Sample lessons
Short meditation lessons and dance practices, right from the very first step. For the meditation practice — you're invited to a moment of quiet: simply take a moment to breathe, sit comfortably, set your phone aside, and listen to the guidance in your own free time. For the dance practices — we recommend having a water bottle and comfortable clothes ready! Simply start with the warm-up video, continue with a practice of your choice, and finish with the cool-down video. *During practice, it's best to stay attuned to your body. If any movement feels uncomfortable for any reason, simply let yourself rest or switch to an exercise that suits the moment better. Listening is one of the first steps into the world of dance — and it also makes the practice far more enjoyable! Enjoy, and I'm here for any question!
Wild Moon Center
Wild Moon Center was created as a home for the body, the soul, and the earth. It was born from one central idea: that we, as human beings, have the ability to rebalance our lives and the sacred right to celebrate them.
The gateways to finding balance are personal and unique to each and every one of us, and here at the center it is important to us to honor the personal path of all people, whoever they are. The path is personal, and the journey is one of inner searching unique to us — exactly as we are today.
We also believe that a healthy balance between connecting to and moving the body, connecting to the earth, and connecting to ourselves is a key to finding happiness, fulfillment, and love of life. That is why here at the center you'll find a wide range of events: from women's dance classes to earth rituals under the full moon, one-on-one holistic coaching sessions, and even performance evenings from the world of dance.
